absolutely brand new, and has never been used! I got it as a birthday present, but never had an event to use it on! It is compatible with Windows XP! It comes in the box, with user manual and charger, which also have never been touched. The price when this was bought was 500 pounds, and now i am selling it for less than one third the price, even though its brand new! It is a very small camcorder, just a bit bigger than the size of your hand, This is ideal for functions, or even to take on a holiday, for memories on important days.
